Over several years general wear and tear combined with weather the walkway and ramp had become not only unsightly but also potentially dangerous, especially during the winter period. The gradient of the ramp exacerbated the issue.
To repair localised damage to the base concrete and apply an aesthetically pleasing surface which would give long term durability and possess slip resistant characteristics.
